These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and Aria Technologies, located at 45 Innovation Drive, Suite 200, San Jose, CA 95134, USA, regarding your access to and use of the Microsoft Teams Information Hub (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Aria Technologies reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to regularly check these Terms for updates.
2. User Conduct
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:

Aria Technologies reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these provisions, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Site and terminating the access of such violators.
3. Intellectual Property
All content included on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of Aria Technologies or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this Site is the exclusive property of Aria Technologies and protected by U.S. copyright laws.
You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Site in any way without the prior written permission of Aria Technologies. You may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. 4. Disclaimer of Warranty
The Site and all content, materials, information, products, and services included on or otherwise made available to you through the Site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Aria Technologies disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Aria Technologies does not warrant that the Site, its servers, or email sent from Aria Technologies are free of viruses or other harmful components. Aria Technologies will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the Site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Aria Technologies, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of other users or third parties; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; or (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not Aria Technologies has been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
In no event shall Aria Technologies' aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of or any inability to use the Site exceed the amount of fifty United States dollars (USD $50). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.

8. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Aria Technologies relating to the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Aria Technologies with respect to the Site. A printed version of these Terms and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
